So, I have had this app and have used it off and on for a couple of months. This month I am vowing to use it every day. Results this month-So far so good, burning more calories that I am taking in. However, I can't seem to eat the full amount of my RDI, I am just to full. Tried some new healthy fish recipes that were awesome. I am hoping to get through the month for my goal and take it one month and day at a time.
