Rebus kacang hijau 250gr (253kcal matang), setelah kacang matang masukin gula merah 1 bongkah kira2 40gr (151kcal).
404kcal udh dpt 1 panci yg kecil kira2 dapet 4mangkok, lumayan buat stock di kulkas, bisa dimakan besok2.
Biasanya aku makan semangkok, kalo masih kurang manis bisa tambahin stevia sesuai selera. Terus santan nya aku ganti pake fiber creme 1sdm dilarutin air dikit biar mirip santan.
Karna tadi pengen nyoba pake oat, jadi aku ambil burjo nya setengah mangkok aja, tambahin oat 2sdm dan 1sdm fibre creme yg udah dicairin. Ga sampe 200kcal
Noted: Jangan masukin gula sebelum kacang mateng! Sampe gas abis pun gakan mateng kacangnya 🤣🤣
