What is so useful about this app is that it shows me 'hidden' calories. A lunch of skyr, nuts and dried fruit seems so healthy, but nuts are quite high in calories. I've swapped the nuts for fresh fruit and I feel fuller, it satisfies my sweet tooth, and it's lower in calories!

Although nuts are good for you they are high in calories and so easy to eat too many. Careful with the dried fruit too. High in sugar and calories. I use seeds instead and frozen fruit.
