Day 3..
Woke up with a migraine.. today is going to be challenging!
Today I have learnt that when I'm feeling in pain and very tired I have such an appetite for junk/sweet and comfort foods and an insatiable hunger. I think its to do with low serotonin? Not sure.. anyway I did not achieve what I wanted but it could have been worse and tomorrows a new day :-)
