New plan. I've only got 30 days until vacation, so I'm going to work my butt off at the gym. I'm going to eat more protein and less carbs but keep fat the same, but absolutely no junk food! I'm going to eat clean for 30 days and my reward will be to enjoy my vacation. I can do 30 days, I just have to keep telling myself that. Especially on Thanksgiving!! I can do this!

You CAN do this! I like your motivation...and 30 days of being "clean" is a good plan, and what a fabulous reward! If you like chai tea at all, there's this great protein drink from Bolthouse Farms that's vanilla chai flavoured (not the real stuff, I know, but still tasty). It's a great pick-me-up after an intense workout.

Once you get in the habit of eating good, nutrition foods instead of empty carbs, the junk food won't even appeal to you. 30 days should do it.
