Friday, busy. New listing on market and new listing appointment 90 miles away! Wondering how I will handle 180 miles on road in 1 day! That is a 'Cheat day' in the making... problem is, I had that day yesterday, with my 1st 'after 7pm' food binge. Taco bell, mexican pizza! While a tasty delight. Once again I'm reminded that 'it just wasn't that good' and probably held me from getting under the 219. I am only looking for a 4 pound goal... not the overall goal. Just 4 pounds..... So to my delight that I came in at 219.5 was not heart breaking.
Today I mixed up my food choices, to get more iron (Cream of wheat) and protein from chicken, instead of vegtable protein drink. And took my health warrior Chia bars to get me something to eat every hour. The result is an amazing 1400 calorie day! Not much exercise but there is always tomorrow for that.
1. No Snickers
2. No Ice Cream
3. No eating after 7pm (well I finished my dinner slightly after 7pm.
And my pants fit really really comfy! Good day.
