think i've over done it with the workout yesterday :( i'm aching all over. i got carried away, done my usual aerobics and felt great so decided to fit in some legs then after school took my youngest daughter swimming and done a load of swimming to!!!!! might not sound much but after not doing much exercise for the last 7 years you can imagine, i'm walking like the tin man from the wizard of oz lol whilst getting out of bed this morning going oooh ahhh my hubby said I THINK YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE WORK OUT TODAY BABE !!! what a good idea

Look at that chart!! That's awesome - you're so close to your goal. Looks like you can afford not to work out today, let your bod rest!! Great job!

Make sure you're stretching before your workouts and like nicoandy said your body needs to rest too. I love swimming. Your exercise sounds like plenty and that your pushing yourself just enough to see results. Fantastic!

You are doing great! I am proud of you! Keep it up. Missing a day or two will not hurt you as long as you are eating right. So skip a day or two and let your body rest and get back to normal, if you keep pushing you will only hurt yourself or you will get burnt out and not want to continue....Keep Up The GREAT Work!!! Almost to your goal, YAH!!!
