menurut kalian ada bedanya engga sih? aku udh ngejalanin defisit kalori 3 minggu. trus baru turun 3kg. blm turun2 lagi tapi perut mengempes, baju longgar dikit. paha mulai keceng. apa ini yg di bilang fat loss? mohon kasih tau aku ya
