So, here I am again. I just went through a very difficult divorce over the last 3 1/2 months and of course that derailed everything I had accomplished. I started smoking again, stopped exercising and basically ate everything in sight! Gained about 13lbs. But, I am ready to put that behind me now and start over. I have a feeling it is going to be really difficult now, I no longer have the time to go to the gym like I did before, and with money issues I had to cancel my membership anyway. But I figure I can atleast start off with my diet and get that back under control. Here goes!
