Not a very good breakfast this morning. I had just got through making blueberry pancake mix when a friend showed up with her two babies needing a ride around town today. I didn't see any since of her trying to walk in the heat pushing a stroller with a 7 month old and an 18 month old. Since I had both of her car seats anyway, I went ahead and drove them where they needed to go. So I spent almost an hour driving and the other 2 hours was just watching the kids and waiting for her to finish what she was needing to do. I did, however, manage to get some groceries for myself. I got a big thing of ground turkey, turkey bacon, bread, a few veggies, etc. Needless to say the4 pancake batter is still in the fridge and I'm trying to find a recipe for spaghetti squash for our dinner tonight.
