I see you have lost 7 kgs 😀 can you please share your diet that helped? Ps I am also trying to lose 7 kgs 🤗

Hey I did not follow any diet regime, I tried initially but that just drained my energy to a point where I could not work out efficiently. I focussed mainly on eating healthy but I did not restrict myself from eating other things when I really wanted to eat them. Im a huge sucker for rice, but that meant a lot of carbs so I incorporated rice into my meals but smaller amounts making sure it included veggies and proteins too. Also I drank a lot of water. I tried eating fewer calories and even less sugar( I don't really like sweets so it went well for me). I try to make up for the junk I eat for instance if I have eaten pizza for lunch then I will try to eat something healthy for dinner. I workout for like half an hour 😅 and try to go for walks when I get time. I'm sure you'll lose extra weight just don't beat yourself up, it's a slow process so consistency is the key. It's okay to give in to your cravings sometime if you bounce back to eating clean the next day All the best

Also I want to add sleep factor Please get a nice good night sleep. And I eat all three meals but this may not work for everybody because there are fastings which tell you not to eat breakfast. I do not skip meals but that's me.

I agree I can not fast either🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s too hard for me. Sleep indeed is very very important. I am at mercy of my 1 year old for this 🤪🤣🤣Everything that you have shared is as honest as it can get. Quick fixes don’t last. I find weight loss a marathon not a sprint 😅
