Take 1 to 1.5 cup of finally chopped veggies..
I used onion,tomato,bell pepper-red & green,beans,radish, carrot....add 3 tbsp besan flour..salt to taste..water for binding..
The mixture will not look like a dosa batter...
It Will look like a veg salad...
Make it into a dosa using ghee and by closing with a lid...
That's it....
