no movement.... but not a surprise! lovely breakfasts out... Tashas French toast with marscapone cheese. yes well! also those lindt dark chocolate treats in the evenings have moved from 2 squares to 6 squares at a time. ok, so losing weight is not a miracle... what you eat counts 😄!
