醫生說媽媽不能吃麵包類東西,
所以第一搞全麥黑米饅頭,
你很難發酵( ̄∇ ̄),
勉強能吃,哈哈,
其中有包自己做紅豆泥,
(紅豆泥本來要做車輪餅)
變全麥黑米紅豆泥包。
