I'm getting so close to 1st goal weight of 205. Just 3 or 4 more pounds to go. Yesterday was 6 months since starting my dieting and exercise program and I've lost 60 pounds and have gotten much stronger since I first started lifting weights. Still have a ways to go to get to where I want to be but I'm making steady progress.
94.7 kg Lost so far: 27.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
