I lost quite a lot in my first week but the second week not as much. I am keeping positive and at it and I will not be giving in to temptation just yet!! 🤣😄
I find it difficult to exercise due to physical illnesses/disabilities but I have been trying to build up my core strength on a Vibration Platform. I think that it is helping.
