So got the report back on my knee today....even worse than the doctor thought. Blown ACL AND torn meniscus. I'll be talking to the surgeon on Monday. On the bright side....270 is a thing of the past as of today, and that's without being able to work out! Hooray!

Hope everyone's day was better than this news!
