Well done!! This is exactly my goal, going from 62 to 52. You are almost there and this gives me so much hope!! Are you following a special diet other than counting calories? May I ask how many a day? No keto right?
Thank you!

Hi Angie! Thank you for your support. I am currently not on any special diet. I just try to have lots of veggies and healthy home cooked meals (I usually cook a bunch and then freeze, so I have it ready during the week) that are not that calorie dense and that leave space for some treats here and there (I eat on a regular basis pizza, chocolate, ice cream, everything you can imagine, I just weigh everything and portion control). My calorie intake is between 1400 - 1500/day (it varies day to day, but that's the weekly average). I also exercise regularly, nothing major, but enough and consistently. The key, for me, was to be patient and not trying to loose everything in one month. Slowly and in a way I can sustain I have been loosing weight and learning habits that I can maintain for life with no struggle. I wish you a lot of luck with your journey! You can do it! 💚

Thank you Zamalo for the detailed explanation! I really hope I will make it too, usually what happen to me is that I stop losing weight after a month or two and get demotivated. Let's see this time 🤞🤞
