Wow.. ok this is good. Down 4 lbs in 24 hours. I do realize part of this is water weight, but that's good to be rid of too. While my profile states that I am following Fat Flush Phase 1, I am actually using the fat flush soup diet right now, to get a jump start and detox. I haven't yet been able to follow it 100% but I do stay very close. Just can't seem to give up my morning coffee yet (which has cream & sugar in it...and is NOT an allowable thing for this plan).
