I just did 18 minutes of low impact cardio, and, I am feeling the burn! I checked out the "Older & Much Wiser Workout" video (by Sue Grant) from the library and it really seems to get the heart pumping and the burn on. I can only do about 15-20 minutes at a time before I have to sit and rest. I was really feeling it in my legs during the warm up part. This is a video I'm def. checking out on a regular basis. But I won't do the same exercises daily, I have to switch up my routine to keep me from getting bored.
