I basically follow intermittent fasting that is OMAD ( one meal a day) I consume all my maintenance calories in it and fast for 23 hours. Exercise include walking for 1.5 hr and workout of 1 hr . That's it. But diet is most important factor. Have clean healthy diet and homemade food.

My weight loss took around 3 months of consistent healthy eating and work outs. There were also days when I ate junk or didn't work out but after gap of 2 to 3 days I got right back on track. Basically the key is be consistent and have patience.
