I MUST get back down to 150! (153 would be great!). I used to weigh 270 lbs. I got down to 153 and stayed there quite happily for a very long time (about 3 years). THEN I got off track, by letting life and all of its busy-ness take my focus elsewhere. For a couple of years now, I have been above that 153 and not liking it at all. In the past year I was able to STOP the regain, but not reverse it. It is time for me to get re-focused and re-dedicated to re-losing that 27 lbs I packed back on, and maybe even an extra 3 to get to my goal I had set way back when. I owe it to myself to do this. I CAN do it, but know it won't be an easy time. I have a lot of very bad habits to break once again, and that carb monster to tame! I also (honesty here...and that's hard too...but...) MUST give up the wine I have come to enjoy over those same couple of years (in which the regain, most of which, came from I am guessing). I can go without it, but do enjoy it. Funny tho, prior to the past couple of years I rarely, if ever drank. Could be that my new(er) husband drinks, so I like to relax and drink with him in the evenings. I KNOW I must halt this though.
And now...HERE I GO!!! Embarking on this journey once more, with the intention of remaining on it focused and disciplined and not allowing "life" to derail me.
