I have added 30 minutes of walking, I parked in a different spot it has added on 15 minutes to my normal walk time. I joined a water club I have to walk across the building to get to the fountain two trips a day adds 15 minutes to my walk time. Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and somehow I got an extra 15 minutes of activity according to my bodybugg. 1 1/2 hours total of walking, Yahoo!!!
