It really all boils down to a choice.

Choose what to put in my mouth. Choose to get off the couch and exercise. Choose to be more active. Choose to drink more water. Choose a better life. Choose to lose weight. Choose to stick to my plan. Choose to be HEALTHY. Choose to finish what I've started. Choose to not give up, EVER. Choose to believe in me. Choose to live a new life.

I choose me. I choose a better body. I choose physical fitness. I choose weight loss. I choose to love myself. I choose to be better. I choose to be active. I choose to feel good. I choose to stop sabotaging myself.

I am worth this. I deserve this. I can do this. I'm NOT giving up on me.

BRAVO my friend!! CHOOSE to LOVE YOURSELF enough to eat well and eat for Health. I truly believe that choosing to eat poorly revolves around us choosing to not value ourselves, our precious bodies gifted to us by God, enough. I KNOW that you WILL do this and with FLYING colors!! No one ever said it would be fast or easy. One lb a week is perfect, sometimes we'll stall and sometime it'll fall off. The key is sticking to it! Never say "die", just do it! :0)

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are all in YOUR corner too! Thank you for reminding us all that it is a CHOICE! We are in control. If we really need a treat fine, it's a treat and a choice but then the rest of the time we choose to put better things in our bodies. It's why we are all here!

believing in yourself is the first step to a healthier lifestyle ...and now visualize yourself at your ideal weight and really think about it...really set your mind to what you want to achieve and it makes it easier to stay in that mindset...and to get the weight off...YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
