I am doing ok with my fasting but I always get a sweet tooth in the night, which gets me in trouble the next day... are there any tips I can use to combat this sweet tooth 😭😭

i have the same problem so i eat a cup of plain yogurt with sweetner stick. it helps.

My Spar stocks the Sugarlean range of sweeties. When the craving hits I have a few every now and again. Very little calories. And I make sure I don't go over my daily calories. My Clicks has the Nova sugar free chocolate slabs, the mint one has the least calories, I just have two little blocks every now and again. I added it as food items on the app as well.

I usually have sugar free ice lollies that you can buy from spar. Just make sure you get the sugar free ones (but it still tastes sweet). They have 15 calories per ice lollie (50 for the non sugar free option) but it's those that you can snap in half so 8 calories if you have half a stick which is usually enough to satisfy your sweet cravings

niiq12 has a great idea. if you can't find those ice lollies, make your own. there are tons of sugar free or low calorie concentrate cold drinks. freeze some of that in a freezer bag with a stick inserted (like a sosatie stick) and Bob's your uncle...
