I have become a breakfast eater again! Means my meals are much more balanced for the rest of the day.... because I am not calorie deficient come lunch time. A bit less snacking at night too.

I am currently doing 2 meals a day. slowly working towards omad. I struggle to start my day without food. coffee helps, but only until 11 or maybe noon.
