Needs-to-lose's Journal, 30 Aug 13

We've been making a lot of Kool-Aid at home and instead of using 2 cups of sugar for the amount we make, we have cut back to 1 and 1/4 cup of sugar. It took a little time to get use to drinking Kool-Aid with that amount but after a while we got to where we like it better then what we did with the 2 cups of sugar. My husband was planning on buying root beer the other day for root beer floats but I reminded him that I wasn't suppose to be drinking soda anymore and he decided not to buy it, so that's a good thing. I told him how much weight I've lost since I haven't been drinking soda and he's getting more supportive of me. (Finally)
