Hi netter1120, thanks for the info. I'm amazed that my usual cravings seem to be much less than normal. How long have you been on and how much did you lose? I hate to get my hopes up since so many other programs I've tried have failed. I'd be so thrilled just to get to my goal weight of 300lbs. Which sounds like a lot but from where I started it would be wonderful and then I could reset a new goal. Small steps at a time. Thanks for the info. Dej61
