So I decided to give weight watchers a whirl. I started at the gym yesterday. Did 20 minutes of cardio. Not going to try and over do it right off the bat. Dont wanna get discouraged, but i am feeling it today.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
