I seem to be slacking off on journal writing, but I have been so busy these past couple of days. Trying to get the house clean for company this weekend and hospital visits for medical testing. I had to have x-rays and an MRI done yesterday so I can have knee replacement surgery on the 17th of Sept. Even though I've been walking almost every day, I haven't really been eating the healthiest. I have however, not had any soda and have cut back on my carb, sodium and sugar intake. So now is the time for me to get in the habit of posting my journal entries again to make my weight loss more noticeable before surgery.
