day 1. Get back on track! Gained all my weight back :( need to get a grip NOW! No smoking. No drinking. No carbs. Bought new bike yesterday, my goal is an hour or so 4x week to start. My problem was/is hang around people who smoke, eat, drink too much... it was fun, would still be fun, but not healthy or really where I want to be. Soooo, back on induction and exercise!
