Easiest way to keep the carbs down is slicing the bread in half.

I was doing the open face but the toppings fall off. I prefer this handmeal style. I hate messy food lol

Need a really sharp knife to slice bread that thin, or maybe a laser beam. 😂

Dave's Seed Bread makes a smaller, thinner version (70 calories). It's amazing how a "trick" like cutting the bread thinner helps cut the carbs.
Serving food in a small bowl or mug or on a small plate works for some people too. Eating one square of chocolate or one wrapped candy may satisfy that craving for something sweet.

No bread for me, it's been 3 weeks of Keto now, and I'm down 13 pounds, and 16 inches total. I miss bread, but I don't miss the 13 pounds. lol

No worries, SDA, no one is berating. Different strokes for different folks right? For me Keto holds no value so I still eat 30-40% carbs. And enjoy every one of them.

The OP referred to carbs so I commented. If I berate someone...it'll be obvious!!!😉
