It's a Vibration Platform! I can't do much exercise due to Chronic illnesses/disabilities but this is great for just getting started and standing up on it and holding on!! (You can do other exercises on it too) I did 10 Minutes on it today! I'm trying to build up slowly and improve my core balance and strength as I find even walking difficult.
