just have no motivation anymore. constantly feeling drained and just wish I'd hit my goal weight already 😔

you will do the rest. body is in loosing mode. which is very difficult. your current weight is my dream. are you doing some exercise as well? I was doing treadmill. then fall in love with weight training. but that's annoying side effect is you gain muscle weight. which I don't want to see at this time. so started treadmill along with weight training.

Thank you all for your support. I do some chloe ting workouts on YouTube whenever I can, and I walk from 5 to 10 miles a day x
