just have no motivation anymore. constantly feeling drained and just wish I'd hit my goal weight already 😔

Just think, keeping it up means your not putting on any extra weight and actually thats a pretty amazing thing too! I find when I only appreciate the end goal of weight loss. I give up quicket. This time around, I am committed to appreciating the smaller wins like not adding more weight, or getting more nutrients, or giving my body more water. when I appreciate more, I feel more fulfiled! give it a go and keep it up! your gonna do great!!!

Pamela this is an incredible loss! You should feel proud of yourself. Take a couple of days off/not worrying so much about your goals and just keep going! You can do it and you'll feel amazing (and you SHOULD feel amazing now!) Rooting for you xx

keep going, Pamela! 🧡 and I agree with SamTheMan, you can have a few days off from counting/logging and still be "going". It's not just about the food — logging and planning and weighing can be emotionally and cognitively exhausting. Take a break and bounce back when you're feeling unstoppable again (which will be sooner than you think)

I’ve been like that a couple of times just wanted to 🐷 out on crap and then had a word with myself - you’ve got this far ! You can do it ! And you will ! Even when it’s .2 off it’s still a loss and your heading the right way - were all with you
