Workout #43 of 2013. New PR. 30:38. Splits 9:24; 14.56; 21:01; Saw I had a chance and went for it. Ran/walked for 103:58 total. Good way to start morning. No pain to start. Tight front of hips at end. 2nd consecutive PR is exciting. One key positive was continuing to run straight through for over 23 minutes to start, including up toughest hill by donut shop. That was partially music timing. The right song makes all the difference. Hard NOT to run fast to some songs. Maybe I should mix a tape, that's right, a TAPE, of fast songs to run to. Hmm.... Pearl Jam has served me well for a long time, though.
