Woke up Friday with a killer back. Trying so hard not to take any Advil but, I broke down around 6pm. Felt like it did nothing 😕 Saturday was the same, held off till 6pm but, it actually felt better. Sunday ... I was fit to be tied. Good grief the pain was crazy and jolts of pain in my right foot and just above my knee. The Advil worked on my back. Golly ... today is much the same maybe worse. Just waiting a bit longer 6ish so when I go to bed I can fall asleep better. So not much of an appetite. So hard to eat anything ... all of it tasting like cardboard I am not happy ☹️ I know but it’s tough. Thank you for letting me vent 💕
