My scale says that I gained weight. Who gets food poisoning and gains weight? Who starts walking every day and gains weight? Who... okay, so obviously, I do.
However, the good things from this week outweigh (pun intended) the bad. I have been walking. That is good. Other good things I discovered a plethora of good things can be made with cauliflower. I was knocked out of ketosis by something and that something also poisoned me... and I did not take that as an opportunity to binge. So, Yay me!
Oh, and Monday is my birthday. And and...even with the two pound gain (which I am pretty sure is 'cause TOM is coming) I met my birthday goal of losing 28 pounds by my birthday!
