Hahaha... main actually 1300 to 1400 calories diet use krti hu as per my BMR, with 25 to 30 min cardio... so I don't normally crave for big cheats.. 🤓

human body system boht hi ajeeb hai ...matlb boht nayaab hai. for example ap 1300cal leti ho exercise kar k 150cal kam kar leti phir aur tu aur human body sotey howe bi calories reduce karta hai.matlb 1300calories main khud se bina walk exercise kiye 200 tak khud khatam ho ga.

@mr.penguin... yes... luckily our body works in this mysterious way, otherwise losing weight would hv been much more challenging... I do check my tdee ...

and besides i am looking towards it as long-term, more of a changed life style... so i am being flexible... if i feel tired or worn out i go 100 or 200 more.. and also if i am feeling more energetic i would increase my work out duration too... so i am loving every bit of this changed life style...

i absolutely agree.....deit not for only to change your body shape for sometime..... deit nam hai life ko change karne ka naam aur knowledge ka hona apne daily basis pe k hum kya kya foods use karte hai.
