not lost a thing put on a pound, been exercising consistently nearly every day and jeans defo fit better. I've upped the cardio because I feel so good when I get a sweat on. 46 mins today plus walking. I think it's because I'm much more sedentary the rest of my time as no school run. plus I keep on having a meal of two beef hula hoops v filing and satisfying...not!
