not lost a thing put on a pound, been exercising consistently nearly every day and jeans defo fit better. I've upped the cardio because I feel so good when I get a sweat on. 46 mins today plus walking. I think it's because I'm much more sedentary the rest of my time as no school run. plus I keep on having a meal of two beef hula hoops v filing and satisfying...not!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I honestly wouldn’t worry about a lb gain. If your feeling looser with your jeans...then something good is deffo going on. Just keep positive, keep trying your best and start again tomorrow. X

Hey if your clothes are feeling looser then that’s a step in the right direction. You could try cardio fasted and see if that helps? It’s tough tho tbf
