I am thrilled! I have walked 100 miles in 45 days in the 100 mile challenge. Since I started here 6 and 1/2 weeks ago have lost 19 lbs! What a difference in how I feel. I have SO much more energy! Today I actually ran 1 mile. I can't remember the last time I ran at all, let alone a mile.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
