I found out today that I shouldn't be eating cool whip. I should have known and feel pretty dumb for not figuring it out. It stalled me for 2 days and I didn't lose any weight. Now I give it up and drop a pound. Think I might have to stay on Induction for a little bit longer. I have a lot to lose and maybe I shouldn't start slowing my weight loss down until I get closer to goal. Hmm...things to think about.
