Fasting days on Monday and tuesday. Note to self: eat alot of veggies for dinner to make up for the lack of lunch and b'fast on these days.

I do not recall any Atkins rules including fasting? Only 542 calories? What's up?

Good morning! The fasting is a spiritual fast, I am an ordained minister and it is part of my spiritual walk. I did try to eat more last night, but I fell asleep early!! Each week I usually fast on Monday and tuesday...this week just Monday! It is something I have to work into my plan. That is why I noted to myself to eat alot of veggies those days!

Wow, you will certainly need to eat a lot of veggies within only a few hours! I am still finding trouble getting them in with all day to work on it. I wish you all the best!

Yes, it is hard on my fasting days, but if I eat high carb veggies, like brussel sprouts or asparagus I just may be able to pull it off!! Still tweeking!
