Okay. I haven't lost a lot in inches in the past couple of weeks, but I am still feeling better and clothes are getting smaller so that is good. I had slacked off on my exercising and so I better kick it in gear again. I also had been eating icecream in the evenings when I get home from work at 11pm. Not good. I threw out half the container of icecream this morning so that I am not tempted to eat it tonight. I don't need it. When it is in the house it just seems to call my name from the freezer and then some sort of magnet d-r-a-w-s me to it. So I did away with it. YEAH!!!
