Had a day out yesterday so there were some less than satisfactory food choices but OK on calories over the whole day and within RDI.

Turkish people are quicker to tell you if you've gained weight than if you've lost it and I heard twice last week that I've put on weight. Although I admit I've gained a little I don't think it's enough to make that much difference and all my thin clothes still fit - we're talking about 2 kg here! So could it be that longer hair framing my face is making me look bigger?
