GREEN BAR. For the first time since starting dieting on fatsecret, I've hit a green bar :) I get to enjoy that green bar for another 7lb, then I am going to reset for the final phase of my diet. 165 - 150lb. I hope to be there by Christmas
I am losing a lot right now, but after 4 weeks of stall, I think this may be just the results of all that work. I haven't lost steadily like most people since I started dieting. I loose up to 10lb, then stall for a month. While I am stalling, my clothes get loose.
I've also been able to increase my calorie intake over the last few months, and still lose weight. When I first started dieting I ate almost no food. I was 215 lb and heavy. I feared that if I ate normally then I would become obese.
Now I've learned how to eat more, and lose weight. My body is changing. I can eat a light breakfast without feeling sick to my stomach. I drink less coffee now. I drink far more water and don't wish there was sugar or flavoring in the water.
