Hi I’m new.

I have something called Hashimotos which is an auto immune disease that destroys the thyroid and affects lots of other things with me, such as metabolic rate, vitamin/mineral absorption and hormones etc etc.
I’ve been super slim my whole life till I developed hashimotos (so I’m a total diet virgin) and after trying intermittent fasting a couple of months ago to shift a few lbs I’d put on from it..I actually gained 3st really rapidly. I never knew you could gain with fasting. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyway, I’ve been calorie counting since Friday and eating regularly as the dr weighed me and sent me into complete disgusted shock lol....and am already down 7.6 lbs or something which is amazing.

Keep posting your meals as It’s great getting ideas. And good luck to you all👍🏼👍🏼
