Bacon at but over cooked but I’m sure I’ll still eat it 🤣

Bunty, aye he does. 😂 The bugger has also developed a taste for salad. Nothing sacred in this hoose. The only thing he turns his nose up at are sugar free polos. Hence I buy a lot off them . Alas my donkey and the horses love them! 🐴🐕🍗🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Perfect crisp bacon 🥓 hate any white bits. Also can’t stand any gloopy white bits in egg 🤢 but enjoy runny yolk

Love a runny yolk! As long as you take in less calories than your body needs you will lose weight. Thats the beauty of CICO.

Bunty, Lisap, calorie counting and having low fat meals certainly worked for me. I also binned refined carbs. It’s the simplest science, if your body needs 2200cals to maintain eat 1500 and it’ll use its reserves. X 👍

Agreed George. I understand why people are wary of carbs but keep off the refined ones and it's all good. As you demonstrate perfectly with your success!

Thanks Bunty, I do allow myself a slice of German rye bread now and again. It’s high fibre and low fat. 100cals per slice but it’s heavy stuff and very filling. I also ditched all dairy products apart from a wee drop skimmed milk.

Thanks all for comments I am calorie counting and excersizing with lots ! Of walking as I’m if an age 😂 Have been looking at cutting my carb intake as have noticed with the app I am heavy on carbs but also want to be able to eat my normal foods so I don’t feel restricted too much cause I know I’d throw my dummy out of the pram 🤣 well let’s see what next week brings
