Weighed in this morning and was down 2.2 pounds! I'm currently eating my yogurt and drinking my first batch of water for the day. Today is going to be a great day!!
133.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
