So this is day 3 of this weight loss journey and day 1 of using fatsecret.

It's 410p and so far today I've finished my first 32oz of water.

My goal is to do RS, cardio, toning and challenge tonight shortly after I get home from work.

So far nighttime is the hardest. I'm hungry and want to eat! I've eaten more then I should have the past 2 nights, but tonight will be better =)

630p and I've finished my second 32oz of water.

I did my Richard Simmons DVD's, 20 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of toning and 10 minutes of improving my balance...all great stuff! And I finished my third 32oz of water and posted a "hello - new member here" to the other members of the 40+ who have 100+ pounds to lose community.

It's been a successful day.
